St. Joe Valley Resort Campground Rules

To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and relaxing experience for all guests, please review and follow the campground rules below. Whether you're here to unwind by the river, explore the trails, or gather with loved ones, we appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a clean, respectful, and nature-friendly environment. Thank you for being part of our community and enjoy your stay!

General Rules

✔ Check-In: 1:00 PM | Check-Out: 11:00 AM

✔ Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Please respect your neighbors)

✔ Speed Limit: 5 MPH throughout the campground for safety

✔ No Fireworks: Fireworks and explosives are strictly prohibited

✔ Respect Nature: Do not cut or damage trees, and clean up after yourself

Campsite & RV Rules

⛺ Keep your campsite clean and dispose of trash in designated areas

🔥 Fires must be in fire pits only and fully extinguished before leaving

🚍 Only one RV or two tents per site.

🚗 One vehicle per reservation is included – Additional vehicles are $10 per night and must be parked in designated areas

💧 Water usage is for personal use only – no washing of vehicles/RVs

Septic System Rules

🚽 The campground operates on a septic system. To prevent blockages:

  • Do NOT flush feminine hygiene products, disposable wipes (even if labeled “flushable”), paper towels, or any other non-biodegradable items

  • Please dispose of these items in the trash to keep our system functioning properly

Pets & Animals

🐶 Pets are welcome! But must be:

  • Kept on a leash at all times unless in the off-leash dog park

  • Cleaned up after (waste must be disposed of properly)

  • Not left unattended or allowed to disturb other guests

ATVs & UTVs

🚜 Ride Responsibly:

  • ATVs/UTVs may only be driven on designated trails – NOT in the campground

  • Follow all local riding regulations and respect private property

  • Helmets are highly recommended

River Access & Swimming

🌊 Swim at your own risk – No lifeguard on duty

🦺 Life jackets are strongly encouraged for all water activities

Trash

🚮 Pack it in, pack it out! Please dispose of trash in dumpsters and keep the area clean

🚫 Do NOT dispose of trash, food waste, or cans in fire pits – use designated trash bins

Guests & Visitors

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Visitors must register at the office and depart by 10:00 PM

🚗 Extra vehicles must be parked in designated areas

Alcohol & Behavior

🍺 Responsible drinking is allowed, but public intoxication and disorderly conduct will not be tolerated

🚫 Illegal substances are strictly prohibited

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible while ensuring we can accommodate all our guests fairly. Please review our refund policy below before making a reservation:

Cancellations & Refunds

🔹All reservations are non-refundable.

🔹Guests who cancel at least 14 days before arrival may reschedule their stay for a future date within the same season (subject to availability).

🔹Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will forfeit the full amount of the reservation.

Early Departures & No-Shows

🚫 No refunds will be issued for early departures or no-shows.

Weather & Emergencies

🌧️ Camping is an outdoor experience, and we do not offer refunds for weather-related conditions unless an official campground evacuation is required.

Special Event & Holiday Reservations

⚠️ Reservations for major events (Jet Boat Weekend, Memorial Day Weekend, 4th of July Weekend & Labor Day Weekend) are non-refundable or transferable within 30 days of the event.
